This policy explains what information Your AI Lead Bot ("we", "us") collects when you visit youraileadbot.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. We keep it short because the site collects very little.

What we collect

This website collects information in only two ways:

• Our inquiry form. If you fill out the form on our contact page, the details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and message — are sent to our team by email through our form-processing service so we can respond.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location. It does not tell us who you are.

We do not use advertising cookies on this website, and we do not sell your information.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and talk with you about our services.
• To follow up about an inquiry you started, if you've asked us to.
• To understand and improve how this website works.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number and separately check the text-message consent box on our contact form, you agree that Your AI Lead Bot may send recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages to that number. The form identifies Your AI Lead Bot as the sender; this choice does not authorize messages from other brands or affiliates.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or receiving services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help or contact us through our contact page. Providing a phone number without checking the separate consent box is not consent to receive marketing text messages. We keep the mobile number and any consent or opt-out record for reasonable business, legal and record-keeping purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business — our form-processing and email providers (which deliver form messages to us) and Google (for analytics) — and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for responding to you and for ordinary business records, and then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

Your choices

• You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us.
• You can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

Client data

When we set up AI agents and automations for a client, the information their customers share is handled under that client's own privacy practices and our agreement with them — not this website policy.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and revise the date at the top.
